Novotel considers effective Project Management to be an essential part of all successful client relationships and is proud to offer a core group of highly trained professionals with decades of industry experience.
Your project will be appointed a Novotel Project Manager to be the customer's point of contact in every phase and facet of the project. From the initial site inspection, preliminary design meetings and permit application, to the coordination of engineering, manufacturing and construction, the ongoing lines of communication will be timely and thorough.
Our Project Manager will work closely with all UFS personnel and customer representatives to safely construct the facility, achieve the agreed timelines and ensure conformance to all engineering and construction documents. As the project dictates, Universal will implement the necessary work flow, personnel and resource allocations tomeet or exceedthe expectations ofits customers.
